Spring Break

Shedd Aquarium photos:
Our three monkeys in the Amazon forest!

Deer in headlights, but I had to post this photo. It is as if the fish and turtle were posing with us!

Happy brothers. Carson loved the aquariums, he was super excited. And we can never get enough of Matthew's high beam smile.

Key Lime Cove - Three beach bums.

Not sure who had more fun, Joe or the boys.

Carson braved the toddler pool area and slide. Dylan managed the larger slides and Matthew conquered the biggest slide with the inner tubes. Matt is Fearless!

The only family photo we got,

HAPPY FATHERS DAY JOE!

You're the best dad ever! We love you.

Is there anything better than getting a box of boys for Father's Day? HA!

We are heading to the city this weekend to celebrate a few birthdays and Father's Day at Joe's brother's house and tomorrow at the horse races. Pony rides for all!

9 Months Old and he's already been to Milwaukee!

Baby Carson (as the boys call him) turns 9 months old tomorrow!

He is crawling everywhere, climbing steps (not so good and going down steps though) and can even stand up on his own for a few seconds. Not close to walking yet. Although, Matthew started walking at around 9 months old, so we will see...

I can't get a good photo of Carson's toothy smile. He has 6 teeth now!

We like to dance! He also loves to wave hello now. At first it was the "royal wave" just waving to himself.

Over the weekend, we had some great adventures in Milwaukee. It was my first time to Wisconsin (yeah, I've lived a sheltered life!)

We had fun flying a kite at a kite flying festival on the lakeshore. Enjoyed the beautiful weather checking out the lake and skyline via cruising on a fun bike called a Surrey. We must have been a sight to see!

Yes, that is poor Carson passed out in the front!

We found a stage and of course the boys had to be goofy!
Shell chair at the hotel.
Pillow fight!

Dylan loved the pool table at the hotel. We stayed at ALoft, a W Hotel concept. It was swank! Located right on the river walk.

Playing percussion in front of the Discovery World.

Thai food for dinner. Matthew striking a pose.

At the kite festival, the boys climbed a rock wall. Matthew was fearless! He got halfway up. But the rocks were spaced too far apart for him to get all the way up.

That is Matthew on the right! Joe is pointing out the rocks for him to put his feet on.

Of course, Joe had to try it out. He such a kid at heart!!

We also checked out the Bronze Fonz. The boys had no clue but it was fun.

Love this photo of Dylan and Joe. Speaking of the cutest 5 year old on the planet. He graduated Pre-K last week!

So technically, I'm a soccer mom now.

Last week Dylan played his first soccer game. It was so cute to see all the kids running around that tiny soccer field. I really don't know if they knew what they were doing, but everyone had fun all the same.

I couldn't take many good photos because I had to carry the baby around and run after Matthew. Joe was out on the field assisting the coach and kids, so that left me the job of pacifying Matthew. Matthew! The kid that never gives up. He is a determined little thing. He wanted to go to the playground past the soccer field, so we missed most of the game. I was bummed. I finally coaxed him back to the game by promising him that he could hold one of the soccer balls.

Here he is all sad because he wasn't able to play with the big kids. This is the face he makes much too often.

After he was allowed to hold a ball, he was all smiles. He is quite the charmer when he wants to be.

I can't imagine how hard will be when all 3 boys have games at the same time. Hopefully, they will figure out the cloning thing by then because we'll need an extra one of us to make it through the madness.

Here is our star player, trying to tame his luxurious Zac Efron Hair. It was a windy day.
Team Burn in action. If you open up the photo you can see that they are all going in different directions. I have no idea what Joe is saying, I think he trying to get a photo of Dylan. The whole game was a little chaotic.

After game line-up.

Here is Carson doing what he does best, sleeping. And a rare moment, Matthew is chillin'.

I threw this one in. Dylan all suited up for his first practice.

By-the-way..I start my new job on Monday. EEK. I'll report back next week. If I survive it.
