So here is my menu plan for the week:
- Blazing Hot Wok's Healthier Peanut Curry with chicken, served with Basmati rice.
- Ground turkey tacos and yellow rice with grilled veggies
- Homemade pizzas with choice of sausage, mushrooms, onions, pineapple, pepperoni
- Bok Choy prepared liked this recipe
I've learned over the past few months that I only need to really cook 3-4 nights a week and we have enough food for 7 days with all the leftovers.
Garden Update:
Dylan's garden has sprouted!! He was so excited to see the tender sprouts of the bok choy. He has been diligently watering and keeping an eye on his plantings.

I'm really eyeing that peanut curry recipe from Darlene! If it's healthier, it's better for me because I'm still working off my winter reserves!
Those seedlings look great! I can't wait to see more of Dylans garden!

Thanks Diane, you have to give me pointers on gardening along the way. I do not have a green thumb! We can't wait to get these sprouts into the garden. It snowed again yesterday here so who knows how long it will be before we have our last frost!
